Baseline from 2019 is 25 very concerned and 39 somewhat concerned for 64% total.

Adjustments upward:
+ Continuing digital literacy
+ GDPR issues with US companies highlight problems (1)
+ General trust in government has been steadily decreasing (2)

Adjustments downward
- Younger adults pay less attention to data privacy issues
- Younger adults think they benefit from data collected more often

I expect this to increase overtime as new stories and issues come out, and dependent upon how the digital youth are impacted, and change overtime which is a big unknown. I can see this being a bellwether issue in the coming 2024 election as well. I actually expect this to drop following 2024
