Nothing new in the report dated 26 Feb 24, coming down with passage of time. We have 4 more meetings of the Board of Governors before the end of the year: June, Sept pre-conference, Sept post-conference, and November.

Iran has also downblended some of its 60% into 20% per the most recent report, so I'm not sure how much would be refined into 90%.

Where did you find the information on the Board of Governors meetings? I tried to quickly search for them but couldn't find it.

Here's the link to all of the meetings: https://www.iaea.org/sites/default/files/21/01/meeting-schedule.pdf

The reason that this is important is because the Board of Governors authorizes the release of the report. While they could always schedule a special meeting to release a report, they did not do so for the 83.7% report.

Here's my thoughts from my initial forecast last September. Since then the full 2024 meeting calendar has been released.

"*Yes, but there is a reporting lag. The 83.7% particles were found on 22 JAN 23, reported on 28 FEB 23, and derestricted on 8 MAR 23, totaling 67 days between discovery and public disclosure. The last meeting of the Board of Governors of the IAEA before the question closes is not scheduled yet, but based on this year's meeting, I expect it to be either 21-22 NOV 24 or 28-29 NOV 24. Looking back over the meetings since 2019, I think that 22 NOV 24 is the most likely date for derestriction. Going back 67 days puts 16 SEP 24 as a possible last discovery date for public disclosure before 31 DEC 24."
