I am temporarily raising my estimate for the interval between now and mid to late February 2023.

• This interval is roughly bookended by two important dates.
• December 27 is Constitution Day.
• February 16 is Day of the Shining Star (Birthday of Kim Jong-il).
• Half of the nuclear tests under Kim Jong-un took place in this interval.

If no test occurs in this interval, then my estimate will drop considerably for the remainder.
