I don't see any reason for Iran to leave the JCPOA - there is nothing to gain economically, and enrichment has continued in spite of the treaty.
From a domestic politics perspective, there might be some benefit to President Raisi for the elections taking place in March 2024, but as the president is more selected by the Supreme Leader rather than the electorate, I don't think leaving the JCPOA will be required.
